OVERVIEW/PRESENTATION/ PROPOSAL
After comprehensively studying various aspects of the property, the builder makes a proposal to the society. The developer meets the residents of the society and gives an overview of the details such as layouts, plans, project timeline and document requirements. Residents, ideally from old societies, can approach a developer for an overhaul.
PLANNING & SANCTIONS
Once the proposed plan is finalized by the committee of residents, the architect prepares layouts keeping in mind the inputs and proposition from the residents. The plan is then sent to the Municipal Corporation for approval. Once the layout is confirmed, the developer and the committee finalize the binding redevelopment agreement.
SHIFTING RESIDENTS
The developer assists the residents in finding the right accommodation on lease in the preferred area.
DEMOLITION & DEVELOPMENT
After reaching an agreement with the society, the developer commences work on the demolition followed by construction, as per the sanctioned plan.
COMPLETION & HANDOVER
The developer completes the project in the stipulated time with the subsequent handover of the apartments to old residents along with induction of new flat owners.
